1 on 1 Life Summit Session

This form is for people booking a 1-on-1 Life Summit day in person, with Tim. The total cost is $USD2,000 for each day long session.

Please fill out this form as completely as you can (it'll only take five or ten minutes). Once you're done, we will:

• arrange a time for you and Tim to talk. This short conversation is designed to make sure that this is a good fit for you.
  
• arrange a suitable date. Please be aware that Tim routinely books out several months ahead. He does 1-on-1 work on Mondays and Fridays.
  
• once that's done, Tim's Admin Team will send you an invoice for the total, payment terms (as inspired by your answers here), an agreement to sign as well final details of time, date and location.
